Yes. The reseller model is built around your business identity. You manage your customer relationships while Branding Works provides the platform and operational support behind your shop. We confirm your shop setup during onboarding.

You access the available supplier catalogues through Branding Works' relationships. You do not need to establish a separate direct account for each supplier range made available through us. Access remains subject to the applicable supplier terms.

You set your markup on the applicable product and branding costs. Built-in quoting helps you prepare your customer offers. Your onboarding process confirms how costs, charges and reseller earnings are calculated.

Branding Works receives the full customer payment and manages the order. Your reseller earnings, any applicable deductions and the settlement schedule are governed by your agreed reseller terms.

We coordinate production and delivery behind your brand, while you remain the customer's point of contact. Packaging, delivery communications and any required transaction disclosures are confirmed as part of your fulfilment setup.

You do not need to build your own production operation for orders fulfilled through Branding Works. We coordinate supplier sourcing and branding for confirmed orders. Product minimums, stock and lead times still apply.

Yes. Tell us about your existing brand, product range and customer workflow. We will discuss how to set up your shop and support your business on the platform.

Contact us to confirm setup costs, ongoing fees if applicable, catalogue access and reseller terms for your business. These are agreed before activation; submitting an enquiry does not activate a paid shop.

Timing depends on supplier stock, product quantities, branding requirements, artwork approval and delivery destination. The applicable lead time is confirmed for each order.

You stay in contact with your customer and raise the issue with Branding Works for fulfilment support. Cancellations, returns and reprints are handled under the applicable order and reseller terms.
